Mr. Warwick has over 27 years experience in the Criminal Justice field.  In 1986 Kevin designed the first day reporting center in the Country with the Hampden County Sheriff's Department in Massachusetts. 

Mr. Warwick has since developed many more programs including substance abuse treatment programs, life skills and employment/job development centers, a halfway house and a community corrections center for the Massachusetts Probation Department.  Kevin worked on the development and implementation of the community reentry program, which is a program that provides transition for inmates reentering the community.  Mr. Warwick has worked on the development of residential treatment programs for youth and adults. 

Kevin is presently the president and private consultant for Alternative Solutions Associates, Inc., providing various consulting services including training programs’ development, evaluation of local criminal justice systems and program design and development.  Mr. Warwick has provided technical assistance and training to counties in 47 states.  Mr. Warwick worked as a private consultant for 15 years prior to starting Alternative Solutions. 

Presently, Mr. Warwick is working with the Urban Institute and the National Institute of Corrections on the Transition from Jail to Community Project to develop best practice models relating to jail reentry and community corrections with selected jurisdictions from around the country. 

Mr. Warwick has also been an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities including Western New England College and the University of Massachusetts.
